Amiran steel headquarter

In the midst of the bustling steel market in Iran, seemingly disordered entities with a structure composed of three main components attract the attention of observers. The depot or storage space, which serves as the beating heart of this entity, showcases itself by encompassing a significant portion of its structure. The building’s facade creates a clear contrast among these three sections, while the advertising sign, resembling a crown that has no visual connection to its surroundings, stands out above this structure and gets lost amid the chaos of the depot. Despite its passive appearance, this structure acts like a mirror that absorbs the energy of its environment and reflects it back with intensified force; it is a tangible embodiment of the prevailing chaos in its surroundings.

Amiran steel headquarter

In the design of the Amiran Steel project, located in the heart of Iran’s bustling steel market, we aimed to improve the existing chaos. This project was conceived to redefine the balance between the disorder of the environment and the need for harmony among its three main components. In this design, the three primary elements of the structure – depot, facade, and signage – have been preserved but meticulously redesigned to bring greater efficiency and order. A notable aspect is the retention of the depot’s dominant and encompassing characteristic, which is now utilized in a purposeful and positive manner. The depot begins from the external space and gradually penetrates into the unit. This strategy not only shapes the interior space and furniture but ultimately completes its path by encompassing the facade and signage. This approach gives a cohesive and harmonious appearance to the entire complex, reducing the discord between the interior and exterior spaces and presenting a coherent narrative. This project strives to demonstrate how, with a deep understanding of the environment and its needs, a chaotic structure can be transformed into an efficient and beautiful space.
